Yeah, a mistake they end up learning much later in life. I don't think it's bad or wrong to deal with issues on your own ... but it can also leave you getting screwed in the end. It's kinda strange something that's not wrong can be wrong or rather be a bad call to make.

But what if you find yourself in a bad situation ... andyou can't find anyone that's willing to support you? what then? just leave if you can? make a tactical retreat?

But what if you can't leave? then what?
