I'd recommend gatorade

or actually I used to know someone that suffered from sever motion sickness
once they told me actually having something to hork up actually helped them feel better
so ... maybe grab something really bland and basic like some toast or a muffin

... maybe just take the bullet get it over with ...

dealing with things like that really sucks
